experience for all our customers. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following
shipping methods:

Express Shipping 1 - 2 Business Days $8.99
Standard Shipping 3 - 5 Business Days $4.99

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly
longer. We appreciate your patience.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing
your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Construction Concierge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We
recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
